Military Families Author Reading

The Military Family Support Group is looking for a camera person to tape their author reading event on Tuesday, April 15th. Frank Schaeffer, author of Faith of Our Sons, A Father's Wartime Diary, will be speaking. The time of the event is 7 pm until 8:30. The location is at the Alcott School. Concord's Faith Communities: Yesterday & Today

Crew is needed for a presentation by each of Concord's faith communities on four upcoming Tuesday evenings. Representatives will be on hand to discuss how each faith community came into being, their major tenets and their current missions, aspirations and outreach efforts.
The dates are February 5, 12 and March 4, 11.
The time is from 7 pm to 9 pm, with crew time being 6:30 - 9:30.

Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts Presents The JFK Experience

Actor Mike Lowe will perform a series of emotional, inspirational and compelling speeches given by President John F. Kennedy, at the Emerson Umbrella Theater on October 3, 2007 at 7:30 pm, free admission. No political leader in American history can match the force, power and poetic persuasiveness of President Kennedy. Mr. Lowe re-creates the experience of hearing JFK and transports you to an era of unsurpassed eloquence and oratory. Included in the array of speeches will be the last public speech JFK presented in Massachusetts; a convocation given at Amherst College on October 26, 1963 on the importance of the arts. Joining Mr. Lowe on stage will be Dan Hunter, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Advocates for the Arts, Sciences and Humanities (MAASH). Mr. Hunter is also an award winning playwright, songwriter and humorist. Please join us for a transformational evening of timely and relevant messages of hope and spirit! There will be a reception following the performance.

Town Meeting Needs You!

CCTV is looking for volunteers to help cover the Concord Fall Town Meeting on November 5 and 6.
Camera operators are need each evening from either 6pm to 9pm or from 8pm to 11pm to provide live coverage of the Town meetings.
Beginners as well as experienced camera operators are encouraged to apply.
